Order Cancellation

- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

- Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Returns

As we sell thrifted, vintage, and pre-loved items, each product is unique and may show minor signs of wear that are clearly described or visible in product photos.

We accept returns only if:

- You receive the wrong item.

- The item arrives damaged during shipping.

- The item received is significantly different from the product description.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

- Size or fitting issues.

- Change of mind after purchase.

- Minor signs of wear consistent with thrift or vintage clothing.

- Items damaged after delivery.

- Sale, clearance, or discounted items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Request Process

- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided.

- Once approved, return instructions will be shared by our support team.

Refunds

- After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- If an incorrect or damaged item was sent, return shipping costs may be covered by Brand Again.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Since most thrift and vintage items are one-of-a-kind, a replacement may not always be available. In such cases, a refund may be offered if the return is approved.
